At Restaurant Sa Mata we want you to enjoy the authentic flavor of traditional Majorcan cuisine, which is why we prepare all our dishes with quality products. We select organic products from local farmers and we choose the best meat and fish on the market.
For the preparation of our dishes we follow the grandmother's old recipes, today prepared by her grandson Tià, a lover of tradition and good cooking.
Some of the dishes that you cannot miss on your visit to the Sa Mata restaurant are stuffed squid, loin with cabbage, frito mallorquín, tumbet or sopas mallorquinas.
Paellas are very popular with our customers; mixed, seafood, black, etc. And if you want to enjoy it at home we also prepare them to take away.
In addition to the dishes that appear on our menu, we also have suggestions made with fresh produce from the market every day.
Surely you will be impressed by our homemade desserts such as the "cardinal" made following an old Majorcan recipe.
To accompany a traditional meal of the land, what better than to do it with a local wine. We have a large list of Mallorcan wines as well as national wines.
